Disposition Assessment

The disposition assessment for clinical intern evaluates the attitudes, values, and behaviors that are essential for effective teaching. It goes beyond academic knowledge and teaching skills, focusing on personal qualities such as professionalism, ethical behavior, cultural responsiveness, and commitment to student learning. This assessment helps to identify whether a pre-service teacher possesses the necessary dispositions to create a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment for all students. It is often used to guide the development of future teachers and ensure they are prepared for the responsibilities of the profession.
